Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains how VISSO OÜ ("VISSO") ships orders placed on visso.eu.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). After payment is confirmed and any verification checks are complete, orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

2. Delivery times

Orders are dispatched from Switzerland and shipped across the European Union and to Ukraine with fully insured, tracked courier services. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • European Union: typically 6–10 business days.
  • Ukraine: typically 8–14 business days, subject to courier service availability in your region.

Delivery estimates are indicative. In all cases, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, in accordance with Article 18 of Directive 2011/83/EU. The same 30-day commitment applies to deliveries to Ukraine. If we fail to deliver within this period, you may grant us an additional reasonable period and, should we still fail to deliver, terminate the contract for a full refund.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit.

4. Customs, import VAT and duties

Orders are dispatched from Switzerland, which is outside the customs territory of the European Union. Prices shown on visso.eu are therefore exclusive of the import VAT and customs charges of the destination country.

Your shipment is imported in your name: you act as the importer of record, and before or upon delivery the carrier will collect from you:

  • the import VAT of your country of delivery (for example, 21% in Czechia), calculated on the value of the goods plus shipping; and
  • a customs clearance (handling) fee charged by the carrier.

Customs duty on watches of Swiss preferential origin is generally 0% under the EU–Switzerland trade agreement; where duty applies, it is charged in accordance with the EU customs tariff. For deliveries to Ukraine, import VAT and any customs duty are assessed by Ukrainian customs under Ukrainian law and collected by the carrier in the same way. Import charges are set by the authorities of the destination country and by the carrier, not by VISSO, and are not part of the price you pay to us.

If you refuse a shipment or do not pay the import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct from your refund the direct costs of the failed delivery and return that we incur.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

6. Risk and delivery

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, in accordance with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU. High-value shipments generally require a signature on delivery.

7. Delays, loss, or damage in transit

If your order is significantly delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
