1. Who we are

2. Scope

These Terms govern the sale of goods through visso.eu to consumers in the European Union and Ukraine. By placing an order, you accept these Terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

3. Products and authenticity

All watches sold by VISSO are brand-new and 100% authentic. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euro (EUR). Orders are dispatched from Switzerland (outside the EU customs territory), so prices do not include the import VAT and customs charges of the destination country; you act as the importer of record and these charges are collected from you by the carrier on importation, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct manifest pricing errors before dispatch.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order (for example, due to stock unavailability, failed verification, or suspected fraud); any payment taken will be refunded in full.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely via our payment provider at the time of order. We do not store your full payment-card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Legal guarantee

All goods are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years under Directive 2019/771. Any manufacturer warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under our mandatory obligations in consumer law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the foreseeable loss arising directly from our breach.

11. Intellectual property

All content on visso.eu (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to VISSO OÜ and may not be used without our written permission.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please first contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. As a consumer, you may also be entitled to refer the dispute to a competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country; the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can advise on cross-border disputes. Consumers in Ukraine may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. (Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer applies.)
